TIC Gums has recently introduced a line of “super-dispersible” gums and gum blends using our quick-dispersion process called FASTir. When produced using FASTir technology, even harder-to-disperse gums like xanthan, high viscosity CMC, and carrageenan, among others, disperse at a low-shear mixing condition without lumping, therefore achieving at least 80 percent viscosity within three to five minutes.
